It was a close win........but Neptune were the winners for this week!
Will they be the winners next week, or can Mars continue their win or will it be Pluto or Jupiter?
This week we worked on finishing the electrics for our vehicles and began to decorate our nets to go over the top using our plans from the first week. We are all very excited for our special showcase at the University of Birmingham next week!
We start our second week of the new term with another Mars win! Well done Mars!
Who will win next week?
This week we finished off the base for our moving vehicles and attached our chassis for our wheels using our already cut triangles and dowling!
We had such an amazing turnout of entries for our 'decorate an egg' competition! It will be tricky to choose our winners because they all look so good!
Well done to everyone who has taken the time to create them - winners will be announced in our end of term celebration assemblies!
This week in STEM Club we started to build our moving vehicles! We used wood glue to join the different sized wood together to make a strong base for our vehicle. We also glued on our triangle axels to make the corners as strong as possible.
A huge thank you for all of your Red Nose Day entries- there were lots! A selection are displayed around school. They were all amazing and very creative! It was a very tough choice but the winners were.......Felicity in Reception, Melody in Year 2 and Elliott in Year 5. They each received a Red Nose Day goody bag full of red treats and even this years very own red nose to wear! It was wonderful to see so many children and staff wearing their topsy-turvy clothes - Thank you! A final big thank you for all of your kind money donations! It is very much appreciated!
