On 28th April, our school PCSO Ria came in to do an e-safety workshop with year 3. We discussed the different games that we play online outside of school, and the dangers that these can have. We spoke especially about how not everybody online wants to be our friends, and how some strangers can pretend to be someone they are not, to try to get information that could make us unsafe. To finish, we spoke about the age that children need to be to use different social media, which came to a shock for some of our children! We all came away with top tips on how to stay safe online, and advice on what we can do if things do go wrong. Thank you, Ria!
