As well as useful links, you will also find a local authority booklet that the children are expected to complete prior to going to high school. You will be receiving a copy of this through the post if your child has not been attending school during the unprecedented closure. The booklet consists of a front cover to give information about the child, an English task linked to time travel, a maths task linked to geometry and shape, and a science task that investigates the 'dunkability' of a biscuit. On Seesaw there will be examples of how they can present work, model paragraphs for their stories and little explanations of how the tasks should be completed.
